Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only.

How long does processing take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before being dispatched.

How long does shipping take?

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–5 business days. We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us as soon as possible at support@wildwithin.ca.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

How do I start a return?

Email us at support@wildwithin.ca with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Are there items that can't be returned?

Final sale items and custom orders are non-refundable. These will be clearly marked at the time of purchase.

Are your artificial plants safe for pets?

Our artificial plants are made from non-toxic materials and are generally safe around pets. However, we recommend keeping them out of reach of animals that like to chew.

How do I clean my artificial plants?

Simply dust with a soft cloth or use a gentle spray of water. Avoid harsh chemicals to preserve the colour and texture.
