14-Day Returns

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

  • 🏷️ Unused & pristine — Item must be in its original, unworn condition
  • 📦 Original packaging — Please keep the packaging intact when returning
  • 🚫 Final sale items — Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned

📦 Damaged During Shipping? We Make It Right — Immediately.

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, you are immediately eligible for either:

  • 💸 Full refund — processed as soon as the damage is confirmed, or
  • 🔄 Exchange — we'll send a replacement right away

Simply contact us with a photo of the damaged item and your order number, and we'll take care of the rest — no hassle, no wait.

How to Return

  • Email us with your order number and reason for return
  • We'll send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
  • Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
  • Once your returned item is scanned, your refund will be processed immediately
  • Refunds will appear in your account within 5–7 business days depending on your bank

Want a different size or colour? We're happy to exchange — just reach out and we'll make it happen.
